Scottsdale, Arizona - Sebit is pleased to announce that Dr. Helen Padgett, Director of Professional Development and Research, has been elected by the International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) board members to serve as President Elect this year. In addition to being on staff at Arizona State University, Dr. Padgett is a key member of the executive team developing Adaptive Curriculum at our headquarters at ASU-Skysong in Scottsdale AZ. As President Elect, Dr. Padgett will serve for the President when the President is unable to serve and she will attend all Executive Committee, Board of Directors and Organizational Meetings. It is a year of mentorship and professional development to prepare her to lead ISTE. We congratulate Helen on this accomplishment and recognize that ISTE board members have selected an outstanding educator for this prestigious position.
